Sturat comes from UK. He achieved his Master’s Degree in Education from University of Northampton and Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from University of Birmingham. With a TESOL Certificate, he is a hard-working, respectful, and responsible English teacher and has over 10 years of teaching experience. Adept at fostering critical thinking abilities, and possesses the leadership and interpersonal skills necessary to establish productive working relationships with staff, students, and parents. Together with an awareness of the traditional influences present in the Chinese context, his friendly manner has made him adept at establishing an excellent rapport with learners in a cross-cultural setting. These skills and philosophies also extend to his engagement in extracurricular activities. “Whether in the role of teacher, mentor, parent, or student, each member of my family is greatly looking forward to contributing to the RDF community in the coming years”, he said.
